The essentials on getting set up, tracking progress, and managing your account. Still stuck? We are one message away.
Getting started
We follow the Cambridge IGCSE Computer Science (0478), IGCSE (9–1) Computer Science (0984), and International AS & A Level Computer Science (9618) syllabuses. Set your qualification in account settings and the whole site (roadmap, lessons, practice, and mock exams) adapts to it.
No. Topic 1 of every qualification and the pseudocode sandbox are open to preview without signing up. Create a free account to save progress, and upgrade to Premium to unlock the full syllabus, exam-style practice, mastery tracking, and mock exams.
Read through the notes for a lesson, then work through the end-of-topic knowledge check. Completing both marks the lesson done and feeds your streak, XP, and mastery tracking on the dashboard.
Progress and practice
You earn XP for completing lessons, answering quiz questions correctly, and passing pseudocode questions. XP rolls up into levels, and a streak counts each day you study. Your dashboard summarises all of it at a glance.
It uses spaced-repetition logic over your quiz history to surface the learning objectives that need another pass. Practising a flagged objective updates its mastery score automatically.
Yes. Use the Customise button to reorder widgets by dragging them, hide the ones you do not need, and bring them back from the hidden tray. Your layout is saved on the device you set it up on.
Account and billing
Open account settings from the sidebar. You can switch your active qualification and set your target exam session there, and the dashboard countdown and roadmap update to match.
Billing is handled in account settings under subscription. You can review your plan and update payment details there. If anything looks wrong, contact us and we will sort it out.
We genuinely read every message. Use the contact form and tell us what happened or what you would like to see. Bug reports that include the page and what you expected are the most helpful.
